We receive the trailer tire and wheel combinations like the # TA47VR you'd looked at from the supplier with the tire already mounted on the wheel. The supplier does not balance the combination, but when the tire is installed to the wheel they will line the high (heavy) spot on the tire with the low (light) spot on the wheel. This does not completely balance the tire and wheel combination, but it does eliminate any excessive out of balance condition.

I see you were looking at the Karrier ST215/75R14 Radial Trailer Tire with 14" Aluminum Wheel # AM32195. While having the same size tire and bolt pattern is really all that is needed with a spare trailer tire you will want to make sure they also have the same load range as your current tires. This tire is a load range C with 1,870lbs capacity. Trailer tires made overseas are usually at least 6 months old by the time they are fabricated, shipped via ocean container ship to a distributor here in the USA and reach our temperature-controlled warehouse. It is safe to say that you will not find us shipping a tire much "younger" than 6 months old. The easiest way to determine the bolt hole pattern on your wheel is to take a simple measurement.
Just measure the distance from the center of one bolt hole to the center of the hole next to it. If the distance is:2-5/8-inches then the bolt pattern is 5 on 4-1/2. If it measures 2-3/4 inches the bolt pattern is 5 on 4-3/4. If that distance is 3 inches the bolt pattern is 5 on 5, and if it measures 3-1/4 inches the bolt pattern is 5 on 5-1/2.
